Pennyfeathers Terms & Conditions of bookings. (October 2025)

To ensure that we can make the most of our time together and to help protect the integrity of my business, I have updated my terms and conditions, which will take effect immediately.

These changes aim to create a smoother and more efficient experience for everyone, especially during this bustling season.

Below are the key points I want to share with you:

Bookings: You will receive a confirmation email upon booking, with reminders sent out 7 days prior and again 48 hours before your appointment.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. This allows me to reach out to those on my waitlist to fill your slot. If your appointment cannot be filled within that time frame, a 50% fee will apply. However, if I can fill it, you will not incur any charges.

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment, the full fee will be charged and invoiced via email, with payment expected within 48 hours.

Payment Method: I gladly accept cash or bank transfers for payments. While I do have a card machine, using cash or bank transfer helps me keep my fees low, allowing me to offer you the best experience possible.

Arrival Time: Please allow enough time for parking, as mornings can be quite busy at Lido de France. Arriving late may require me to shorten your appointment, which I want to avoid to give you the full experience you deserve. We have two levels of parking on site so there is plenty of space. 

Health Precautions: As we enter the winter bug season, I kindly ask that you only attend if you are feeling well. As someone who is immunocompromised, it’s important for me to maintain a healthy environment for us both. If you aren’t well enough to work your aren’t well enough to visit me. 

Gift Vouchers: I no longer offer gift vouchers, I removed these from Of in 2018, but you can still add credit to a client’s account to surprise your loved ones!
