She has a rare talent for making a treatment also feel like a pampering experience, so even the smallest maintenance treatments feel like an indulgence. At each appointment Penny hits the right tone, fun and friendly or chilled and peaceful. Either way her unique and personal touch always makes your treatment enjoyable and relaxing. Penny is so attentive to every detail that she seems to gauge exactly what tone to set as soon as you arrive for your appointment.
I have tried various spas and beauty salons at home and abroad over the years and although some of them are amazing places and have great treatments on offer they have never matched the experience I get at every visit to Pennyfeathers.
